Hi, I’m Michelle Qualls — an optimistic entrepreneur who believes in growth, purpose, and the power of community. My journey has taken me from the medical field to behavioral health, where I learned how compassion and understanding can truly change lives.

From 2017 to 2022, I had the privilege of working with several nonprofit organizations, serving as a Marketing Director and helping build connections through storytelling, partnerships, and community engagement. In 2019, I transitioned into the construction industry, where I discovered a passion for structure, leadership, and time management — earning my Project Management Certification along the way.

I proudly earned my Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management in 2024 from Spring Arbor University, further strengthening my ability to lead and create meaningful impact.

Born and raised in Michigan, I now live in southeast Arkansas with my husband and our teenage son. My mission remains the same — to lead with kindness, inspire others, and help build communities where people can truly thrive.
